Tasked with the complete Design & Build of Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health, and Fire & Life Safety (MEP) systems, the company is turning a conventional P9 roof parking area into a state-of-the-art Exhibition Centre spanning 15,800 sq. m.
The new development will house five flexible exhibition halls, prayer facilities, washrooms, a pre-function area, and utility buildings—designed to operate independently or as a single expansive venue. Every aspect of the space reflects careful engineering to meet international standards, while remaining adaptable for future expansions.
Ever Rise’s expertise is at the core of this transformation. The scope includes energyefficient HVAC systems, robust electrical networks with emergency power, advanced life safety solutions including fire alarms and smoke management, comprehensive plumbing services, and cutting-edge ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, AV/BGM, and smart building management.
