Ever Rise successfully delivered complete MEP and life safety systems for Hind Al Mandi Restaurant, a culturally inspired F&B venue located in the vibrant City Walk destination. Designed with a blend of traditional charm and modern elegance, the restaurant required seamless integration of critical services to meet operational and authority standards.

Scope of Works Included:

  • HVAC systems for indoor dining comfort and kitchen ventilation
  • Electrical systems including lighting, power, and distribution boards
  • Plumbing systems for kitchen, restrooms, and drainage
  • Fire alarm and firefighting systems in full compliance with Dubai Civil Defence
  • Testing, commissioning, and authority coordination
