Ever Rise Electromechanical Works is proud to have delivered the Lighting and Power Works for the high-end DIJ Head Office located at Nassima Tower — a landmark corporate destination on Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Road. The project was completed within a compact schedule, combining speed, precision, and aesthetic alignment with premium office interior standards.
Scope of Works:
• Internal power distribution and DB installations
• Energy-efficient LED lighting with zonal controls
• Emergency lighting and exit signage
• Power points for office equipment and AV systems
• Interface with smart building management and IT infrastructure
• Testing, commissioning, and full authority compliance
