Located within one of the world’s most iconic shopping destinations, the General Washroom Refurbishment project at Dubai Mall redefines premium visitor experience through a full MEP overhaul. Ever Rise Electromechanical Works LLC was entrusted with the turnkey execution of MEP services, ensuring modern comfort, energy efficiency, and compliance in high-footfall areas.

The scope of work included:

  • Drainage and Water Supply Networks
  • Power Distribution and Lighting Systems
  • Chilled Water (CHW) Piping and Air Ducting
  • Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm Systems
  • Audio-Visual (AV) Infrastructure and Lighting Control Systems

Working under the direction of Mirage Leisure and Development and in close coordination with Dutco Interiors, Ever Rise delivered precision-focused engineering while minimizing disruption to mall operations. The result is a set of seamlessly upgraded washroom zones that reflect Dubai Mall’s commitment to world-class standards in comfort, hygiene, and smart building integration.
