As part of Dubai’s broader vision to empower youth and promote innovation, the Dubai Police Youth Hub was developed as a modern, multi-functional community space. Ever Rise Electromechanical Works was entrusted with the MEP scope, covering the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of all essential building systems
Scope of Work
The integrated MEP scope delivered by Ever Rise included:
- Power distribution, cabling, and energy-efficient LED lighting
- Emergency lighting and exit signage in line with civil defense standards
- Low-voltage provisions for AV, IT, and smart systems
- DX-type air conditioning systems with zoning and fresh air ventilation
- Water supply and drainage networks for pantry, restrooms, and utility areas
- Sanitary ware, water heaters, and plumbing accessories
- Complete fire alarm and firefighting systems, including detectors, hose reels, and extinguishers
- Testing, commissioning, and coordination with Dubai Civil Defence for approvals
Our team ensured seamless integration of all services while maintaining quality, safety, and functionality in line with the operational requirements of a public-use facility.
Executed in close coordination with Xpert Consulting Engineering and the Dubai Police, this project demonstrates Ever Rise’s expertise in delivering multi-disciplinary MEP works within government and institutional settings. The Youth Hub now operates as a safe, efficient, and inspiring environment—supporting the next generation of innovation, creativity, and civic engagement.
