The En Vogue Saloon project involved the refurbishment of a luxury beauty salon located in Dubai’s vibrant Jumeirah Beach Residence. Ever Rise Electromechanical Works was appointed to deliver the complete MEP scope, transforming the space into a modern, efficient, and elegant environment tailored to high-end lifestyle and wellness experiences
Scope of Work
Ever Rise executed a fast-track MEP fit-out, including design coordination, supply, installation, and commissioning of:
- DX-type air conditioning systems with zoning and ventilation
- Power distribution, DB upgrades, circuit rewiring, and load balancing
- LED lighting, power outlets, AV/IT provisions, and emergency lighting
- Refurbishment of plumbing lines for salon basins and wet zones
- Hot water systems, sanitary fixtures, and drainage network
- Compliance with DEWA, DCD, and other authority regulations
All services were delivered in close coordination with interior design teams to ensure seamless integration, minimal disruption, and premium finish.
Delivered under the supervision of Focus Hospitality Consultants, the project was completed within a tight program and operational constraints. The result is a fully upgraded salon space that offers improved energy efficiency, climate control, and customer comfort—further solidifying Ever Rise’s reputation in delivering luxury interior MEP works in the hospitality and wellness sector.
