On October 6, 2025, management team led by Mr. Earath Unnikrishnan, CEO, along with Mr. Krishna Kumar, Technical Director, Mr. Santhosh Kumar, Senior Project Manager, and Mr. Rizwan Amirjohn, PMP, Senior Business Development and Excellence Manager, conducted a comprehensive site walkaround at one of Ever Rise’s ongoing MEP project sites in the Dubai, UAE.
The visit underscored Ever Rise’s unwavering commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence — the core values that define the company’s reputation across the region. The management team engaged directly with project engineers, supervisors, and skilled workforce, assessing ongoing installations, workmanship quality, and adherence to safety standards.
Mr. Unnikrishnan emphasized that site walkarounds are a vital part of Ever Rise’s leadership culture, stating, “Real leadership happens when we are in touch with our people, our projects, and the challenges they face.
