Ever Rise, founded in 2013, has today emerged as a reliable partner for MEP solutions with unparalleled engineering excellence and execution capability regardless of the type of the job – whether vertical or horizontal building; industrial, retail or refurbishment projects.
In the last decade, as we retrospect, businesses – particularly MEP Contractors – have encountered challenges compelling well-established businesses to vanish. Despite unforeseen turbulence, Team “Ever Rise” subdued pressure and sailed through the panic and instability following the outbreak of COVID Pandemic. We managed to stay afloat in spite of unfair competition that prevailed in the market as contemporary and traditional business houses were vying to grab projects for their survival; with grit of financial discipline and resilience, the TEAM steadied and steered our business to success and sustainable growth.
The ride was not easy; it will never be easy as success does not come at ease! By the end of last decade, Ever Rise has been fortunate to collaborate with customers like Kitchen Park and Deliveroo who were then believed to be “new entrants” in the UAE Market, have unleashed aggressive market strategy constructing at least a dozen of cloud kitchen facilities across the UAE within a short span of time. Ever Rise successfully delivered these projects and became their preferred turn-key contractor.
Despite turbulence globally, thanks to the able, mature and decisive leadership, the UAE returned to business strongly and quicker than expected, and once again positioned it as a heaven for investors. Investment poured in and all planned developments became a reality. Seeing the greater potential in the construction industry, by the Year 2023, Ever Rise decided to enter the mainstream construction industry in addition to the existing retail and cloud kitchen market which necessitated TEAM expansion.
The Company preferred to set up “strong team” first for management, engineering and execution over securing contracts. Our Construction Team is currently led by MEP Professionals with proven track record and expertise in varied engineering disciplines and played leadership roles for decades in erstwhile MEP Majors such as THERMO, ETA, and Main Contractors such as SAMSUNG C&T, ARABTEC, etc. We have no doubt, PEOPLE are the FORCE behind success of every business, and with our combined experience spanning over 100 years in Construction Management and Supervision, Ever Rise will fulfill dreams of our valuable Customers by delivering projects on time.
We tripled our strength in human resources in 2024 as compared to the period up to 2023 and are still expanding. We have a good appetite to undertake major MEP Subcontracts at mega developments. At Ever Rise the quest to win projects never ends!
