Cloud Kitchen or Dark Kitchen or Ghost Kitchen famously known in a Virtual Restaurant concept, has roots even before the millennium (Y2K) dawned. It started in Europe first and then the USA. Platforms with this concept seemed to have started in the Gulf in 2004 and have been undergoing steady growth.
With the outbreak of Covid 19 Pandemic, dine-in restaurants operations either restricted or curtailed significantly, while the demand for home delivered food expanded and the trend continues post Covid 19 days.
We at Ever Rise take pride to have opportunity providing turn-key construction services to the popular brands such as Deliveroo and KitchenPark Restaurant. Deliveroo Hessa Dubai is announced to be a set model for Deliveroo Kitchens worldwide and we are proud to have built this facility as a turn-key project within a tight schedule and budget. Likewise, it is a matter of pride for us to announce that the first KitchenPark facility in Dubai Motor City was delivered by us as a turn-key project.In all the kitchens that we built for our customers, our engineering and execution team demonstrated insight and foresight that helped solve complexities surrounding project specific challenges.
