As part of the UAE’s vision to promote advanced research and innovation, the Robotics Lab at Emirates Towers was developed as a state-of-the-art technology hub. Ever Rise Electromechanical Works was appointed to deliver the MEP scope, covering Electrical and Plumbing systems critical to the lab’s functionality, safety, and precision-driven operation

Scope of Work

Our scope involved the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of all Electrical and Plumbing services tailored for a high-tech lab environment:

  • Power distribution systems (DBs, SMDBs, final circuits)
  • Isolated power and stabilizers for sensitive robotic equipment
  • High-lux LED lighting with dimming control for lab-specific zones
  • Emergency lighting and low-voltage provisions for AV, IT, and UPS systems
  • Containment and cable management systems supporting future adaptability
  • Potable water and drainage systems for labs and office areas
  • Water heaters, filtration units, and sanitary installations

All works were executed with tight technical tolerances, meeting safety, functionality, and authority compliance standards. Executed in coordination with Al Tayer Stocks and overseen by RVT Engineering Consultants, the project required a balance of technical complexity and aesthetic integration. Delivered within seven months, the Robotics Lab now serves as a showcase for the UAE’s innovation landscape—highlighting. Ever Rise’s ability to handle sophisticated, fast-track MEP fit-outs in premium commercial settings.
