Ever Rise Electromechanical Works proudly contributed to one of Dubai’s most iconic developments — The Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences, located on the crescent of Palm Jumeirah. Our role encompassed complete MEP installation for Tower 3, Levels L5 to L20, and delivering top-tier mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works within a complex and high-standard environment.

The project, developed under the vision of Nakheel and ICD, and built by global joint venture BESIX – SsangYong demanded exceptional precision, coordination, and quality. With design and supervision by DEC and WSP, we executed critical infrastructure supporting luxury hospitality and residential spaces.
