Mr. Moh’d Sabri is a distinguished leader and board-level executive with more than four decades of exemplary experience across engineering, construction, MEP, and infrastructure sectors in the Middle East. His career spans the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, KSA, USA and UK, where he has consistently demonstrated strategic foresight, governance excellence, and an unwavering commitment to organizational growth and operational discipline.
As Chairman / MD of Ever Rise Electromechanical Works LLC, Mr. Sabri brings a legacy of leadership shaped by managing complex, large-scale enterprises and high-value projects. Prior to joining Ever Rise, he served as Group Chief Executive Officer of UCC Holding (Qatar), where he led multi-disciplinary operations, strengthened corporate governance frameworks, and guided the organization through sustained expansion and transformation. Earlier, during his nearly 16-year tenure as President of Juma Al Majid Holding Group, he played a pivotal role in diversifying project portfolios, enhancing operational leadership, and reinforcing the group’s market leadership across the UAE.
An entrepreneur at heart, Mr. Sabri is also the Founder & CEO of Majd Projects Management, delivering specialized project and construction management services, and previously founded Radiant Engineering Enterprises in Doha, a full-service MEP contracting company providing end-to-end electromechanical solutions. His expertise encompasses corporate governance, risk and change management, project feasibility, value engineering, cost control, procurement, contract management, and quality-driven project delivery.

EARATH UNNIKRISHNAN

Earath Unnikrishnan brings over three decades of extensive experience in the MEP and Oil & Gas sectors across the GCC. As the Founder, Managing Director, and CEO of Ever Rise Electromechanical Works since 2014, he steered the company through the "chaotic market condition" caused by COVID 19 Pandemic, expanded the team and thus positioned it to undertake major MEP Projects.
Before establishing Ever Rise, he held key leadership positions at Al Mojil Group, where he served as General Manager in Dubai, overseeing the Dubai Mall Entertainment Center (2005–2014). Prior to that he held (1993-2005) senior management positions at Al Mojil Central Purchasing Division, cultivating deep industry knowledge and strategic partnership with Principals / major Vendors.
Unnikrishnan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and an MBA with core specializations in Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and Management. His educational background, combined with his deep industry knowledge and strategic vision, has been pivotal in driving Ever Rise's continued growth and reputation for excellence in the UAE’s electromechanical sector.

Anil Damodar is the Chief Operating Officer at Ever Rise, bringing over 30 years of rich experience in the MEP industry. Since joining in 2022, His leadership has been instrumental in streamlining operations and optimizing project delivery across diverse sectors including residential, commercial, and airport developments.
Prior to Ever Rise, Anil held senior leadership positions with well-known regional and international firms. He served as Managing Director at Spectra Vision Contracting, COO at Future Metro, MEP & IT Manager at Arabtec and Operations Director at Thermo. His experience spans across high-stakes environments such as Metro and Airport operations, healthcare, and large-scale mixed-use projects, including notable Airport Projects.
Anil is widely recognized for his strategic mindset, results-driven leadership, and deep technical knowledge. With a focus on innovation, risk management, and team development, he continues to strengthen Ever Rise’s reputation as a trusted and capable MEP partner in the region.

Krishna Kumar is the Technical Director at Ever Rise, bringing over 25 years of expertise in MEP design, construction, and project management. Since 2019, he has led the technical division in Ever Rise, ensuring engineering excellence across multiple projects in the UAE
His past experience includes key roles such as Design Manager at Al Futtaim Engineering, where he worked on Marza, Expo Village, and the Saudi Pavilion. He also served as Electrical Manager for the Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi with Samsung C&T, and held senior engineering position at Al Mojil Group for Dubai Mall Entertainment Centre and Borouge 3.
ZAMAN MOHAMMAD

Zaman Mohammad is the Projects Director at Ever Rise, overseeing large-scale MEP project execution with a strong focus on quality, coordination, and timely delivery. Since joining in 2023, he has led multiple projects, including the Dubai Mall Expansion.
With over 25 years of industry experience, Zaman has held senior roles at leading firms such as Besix Construction, Future Metro and Thermo LLC. His project portfolio includes landmark developments like Royal Atlantis Resorts, Dubai Park’s Lapita Hotel, Rose Rayhan by Rotana, Ramada Service Apartment, Hilton Service Apartment, Metropolis Tower, Business Bay, American Hospital, and King Abdul Aziz Hospital, demonstrating his deep expertise in managing complex MEP services.
RAMESH MENON

Ramesh Menon brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the construction industry, specializing in pre- and post-contract commercial and contractual management for high-profile projects across the Middle East. His expertise spans contract administration, claims management, dispute resolution, legal advisory, quantity surveying (MEP), and BIM-based project support.
Ramesh has held key leadership roles, including Contracts Manager at Juma Al Majid Holding Group, where he managed contract administration, change orders, subcontract negotiations, claims, interim payments, and final account settlements, ensuring commercial and financial control across complex projects.
